Created in 2010 at the initiative of Danone, in partnership with seven other companies, the EVE Program aims to help women dare to be more themselves and break the glass ceiling. Based on the observation that gender diversity in management teams is a lever for performance, but that women still face obstacles in their professional progression, the EVE Program offers an original leadership seminar, designed to develop strong and inspiring individuals, capable of driving change within their company.

Who is the EVE program for?
The EVE Program is intended for committed companies, wishing to foster female leadership that contributes more to culture and overall performance. For managers, women and men, who aspire to lightning leadership. The composition of the participants is organized along a vertical axis in the company: 1/3 general managers, 1/3 directors, 1/3 young talents.
