16 international editions (and 18 by October 2025)

Created in 2009 and launched in 2010, the EVE International Program seminar has been held each year in Evian ever since.

Since 2023, the international edition has doubled its efforts. To meet ever-increasing demand, the organizers have decided to offer two sessions of the seminar in the fall.

At least 50 nationalities in attendance

Every year, EVE International brings together more than 300 participants from all continents. In total, at least 50 nationalities are represented at each edition.

3 regional variations

For 10 years, the EVE Program has also been available in the Asia-Pacific region. It has been held in Shanghai or Phuket over the past decade.

It has also been hosted in Africa for the last five years and took place in Abidjan in January 2025.

In February 2026, we will have the pleasure of launching the first edition of EVE Latin America, which will take place in Mexico.

7,200 alumni

With 33 editions in total, the EVE Program now has over 7,000 alumni. An entire community of aware, enlightened, and empowered individuals is at work every day in companies around the world, making balanced leadership a driver of performance.

The EVE Program was created in partnership with major companies: L'Oréal, KPMG, Société Générale, La Poste, Crédit Agricole, SNCF, Orange, and Danone. EVE Program partners send the largest number of participants to international and regional seminars. They are represented on the EVE Program Wise Committee.

The quality and reputation of the EVE Program have led many organizations to choose it as a key tool for their women’s leadership initiatives. More than 250 of them have now offered the EVE seminar experience to several of their managers and executives.

At least 20% men

Balanced leadership is everyone’s business! Since the beginning, the EVE Program has strived to represent diversity and promote inclusion. Also, the organizers ask partners and participating companies to have at least 20% men in their seminar delegations.

Around a hundred speakers

Each year, the EVE Program features leading speakers: major players in the international conversation on leadership, scientists from all disciplines (psychology, sociology, anthropology, etc.), best-selling authors, adventurers, leaders, etc. It also highlights exemplary women from the world of business and civil society, personalities who are changing the world through their impressive initiatives.

The Program also offers workshops led by artists, athletes, coaches, and so on.

The EVE Program is loyal to a large number of its speakers, who return year after year for a very good reason: excellent reviews from participants.

Overall, EVE seminars receive an average rating of 9/10 each year. In addition to the quality of the presentations, participants praised the organization of the event... And of course, the idyllic setting!

More than 1,600 articles

The EVE Program isn’t just about seminars! It is also a media channel that has published at least five articles each month since 2010, providing content that explores the themes covered during the seminars in greater depth, putting current issues of balanced leadership into perspective and suggesting new ideas for business and society.

In total, more than 1,600 articles are now available in the web magazine section of the Program’s website.
