The EVE program is based on an original idea by Danone, supported by the L'Oréal, Crédit Agricole Group, KPMG, SNCF, Orange, Société Générale and La Poste Group, as well as any company concerned by the subject of gender diversity and sensitive to the approach. The partners share a common vision and have already put in place practices to promote the development of women within their organizations. Each partner company sends more than 30 participants, forming a network of people who can support each other and bring about change once they return to their company. The inter-company approach encourages letting go and makes exchanges more essential.
The international edition of the EVE Programme is fully committed to an eco-responsible approach and has obtained the LEAD label, as well as a bronze medal, in recognition of our commitments around three themes: low carbon, zero waste and positive social impact.
The LEAD label is a French label created by Green Evénements in partnership with SGS, the world leader in testing, inspection and certification. This label rewards events that meet demanding standards in terms of sustainability, based on a reference of excellence. The LEAD certification obtained by our seminar highlights our strong commitment around three pillars: zero waste, low carbon and positive social impact.
