32. Intergenerational, a factor in ageing well with Gabrielle Rolland

"To stay young, you have to be interested in others," says Gabrielle Rolland.

At 82 years old, Gabrielle is an author, speaker and leadership consultant, a profession for which she trained in the United States at Columbia University, before returning to France and working for major consulting firms. Gabrielle then created her own firm where she still practices, surrounded by an intergenerational team. Valérie Angliviel de la Beaumelle spoke with Gabrielle about her book entitled "Seniors: your future has a future."

Why and how to anticipate retirement, work between different generations, the place of seniors in our societies: these are all subjects addressed to paint a portrait of an age that offers us many possibilities, because by discussing old age, it is more broadly about life that Gabrielle is talking to us.
