So, you’ve attended the EVE seminar and found the experience truly outstanding. On the way home, you promises to share what you’d learned with your team: balance, confidence, positive psychology, non-violent communication, the superpower of enthusiasm, the importance of listening to your body and emotions, the amazing power of inspiring role models, the keys to handling change, and inclusive management.
Great, but how do you bring all this into the daily work of your employees? We have a few options for you.
Embody the spirit of Eve in everything you do
For three days, you experienced the benefits of personal development, self-awareness and the joy of letting go with the aim of reflecting on your physical condition, how your brain works, and the quality of your relationships. Don’t stop now, because as a leader, what you do for yourself can be an example for others.
Create “EVE moments” in team rituals
Why not bring in an expert once a month to provide a fresh take on your projects? Why not give your employees the chance to join a workshop by an EVE speaker at your next team-building event?
Dare to collaborate between business units or even between companies
You found it extremely beneficial to talk to people from many different companies, professions, and sectors at the seminar.
How about suggesting that your teams go and meet other teams in the company? Or employees from a different company? You could suggest a “spend a day with me” event!
Subscribe (and subscribe your employees) to the EVE newsletter
If your colleagues didn’t get the chance to attend the EVE seminar, they can still access all the content in the Program portal’s Resources section—articles, podcasts, profiles, interviews, videos and practical advice—freely and at any time.
Encourage them to sign up for the Program’s newsletter. Each month, a selection of content designed and created for change agents in companies will pop into their inbox.
