Women are empathic but have a lack of leadership. Men are charismatic but obsessed with their career. Where do crossed gender stereotypes come from? Why are they so resistant to change? By the way, is it reasonable to try to erase them? Let’s rather try to live peacefully with them, by learning to tame them in order to turn them ineffective.
