Rachel Nyaradzo Adams
Leadership Development Practitioner, Ontological Coach and Founder of Narachi Leadership
Named one of the 100 Young Influential Africans of 2019, Rachel Nyaradzo Adams is a leadership and transformation practitioner who is trained in organizational systems, ontology, neuroscience and anthropology. She is committed to courageous conversations and creates safe spaces for clients to explore some of their toughest conversations. Rachel was the former Associate Director for Africa at Yale University and headed up the McKinsey Leadership Programme at McKinsey. She is a graduate of the University of Oxford and is a Mandela Rhodes Scholar. Rachel is the Founder of Narachi Leadership and sits on the boards of MINDS, Jakes Gerwel Fellowship and St. George’s College. She is also a contributor for IncAfrica.
