Nicolas Rouig
Nicolas Rouig is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and consultant in health at work. Former top athlete and stress management consultant, he developed his behavioral approach to nutrition while workingwith his patients at a Diet center in Paris and from his private company consultations. Specialized in the needs and eating behaviors of people with high pressure level, he splits his time between private practice in personalized consultations and conferences for companies. Since 2011, he co-directs the University Diploma in Sports Nutrition (Pitié Salpêtrière Paris) and is involved in the DU “Psychology and education on nutritional counseling” (CHU Dijon).
