Rachel Nyaradzo Adams is a leadership and transformation specialist who is trained in organizational systems, ontology, neuroscience and anthropology. Known as ‘The Courage Coach’, she is committed to courageous conversations and creates safe spaces for clients to explore some of their toughest but transformative conversations. Rachel was the former Associate Director for Africa at Yale University and headed up the McKinsey Leadership Programme at McKinsey. She is a graduate of the University of Oxford and is a Mandela Rhodes Scholar. Rachel is the Founder of Narachi Leadership and sits on the boards of MINDS, Jakes Gerwel Fellowship and St. George’s College. She also guests lectures at the University of Cape Town.
