Danone is an official partner of the EVE Program Africa

The EVE Program is an original idea from Danone, in partnership with other companies, to tackle the issue of women’s progression in the organizations.
It helps to bolster women’s leadership in order to improve both individual development and collective performance. As we all know that more mixity at the top is more performance for the company!
To achieve this, Danone chose to work on two complementary levers: the external “glass ceiling” (career management and organization) and the internal “glass ceiling” women have in their heads (male and female behavioural stereotypes).
In order to accelerate the transformation of the company, the key is in each and everyone of us, men and women: let us dare to be fully ourselves, and all of us will unleash our potentialities of energy, cooperation, fulfillment and leadership!
