Aminata Kane Ndiaye is CEO Orange Money Group, managing mobile money activities in 17 countries. She previously led Orange Sierra Leone as CEO, driving it to market leadership with significant revenue growth and innovation in mobile money microcredit, energy, and e-Education. She joined Orange in 2013, focusing on B2C marketing performance and later on Orange Money Senegal’s marketing and strategy, contributing to its mobile money growth. Aminata holds degrees from HEC Paris and MIT Sloan School of Management and has worked at McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, and MEDEF. Recognized as a Young Leader by the French African Foundation and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, she also received the Africa CEO of the Year Award at the AfricaCom / AfricaTech Festival.
