Suchita Prasad has over 20 years of experience in Human Capital. She started her career as a Practitioner in Hindustan Unilever Limited. As an Entrepreneur, she helped set up an ed-tech start-up “The Fullbridge Program” with her Professor in Boston. As a Consultant with McKinsey SE Asia for over 12 years, Suchita led SE Asia’s leadership development practice focused on organizational and leadership transformations, talent and team effectiveness. She has served as Dean for McKinsey’s Center for CEO Excellence focusing on CEO transitions and CEO learning where over 200 CEOs have gone through the signature program. In her current role, Suchita works in all three spaces in an independent capacity serving clients on topics of transformation, leadership development and top team effectiveness. Suchita is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. She is married and lives in Singapore with her husband, and her two daughters, aged 11 and 8 years old.
