Anissa VERMEIL de CONCHARD

Following her engineering studies, Anissa worked in international software consulting groups, rapidly climbing the management ladder to become a director. After a rewarding 15-year career, she became a certified coach, trainer, sand psychotherapist, combining her passion for interpersonal relationships and neurosciences. Her professional experience and deep convictions have confirmed that communication based on empathy and assertiveness has a direct influence on well-being in the workplace and performance within organizations.
Since 2015, she has been accompanying companies such as L’Oréal and Kering to train them in NonViolent Communication® and to weave the links with neurobiology to share transformative approaches for personal and professional fulfillment.
Anissa is born in Kenya, is of Indian origin and currently lives in France. She combines her multicultural diversity with her professional experience, having accompanied thousands of people in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.
