Supriti Bezbaruah
Gender Consultant/Research Fellow
Dr Supriti Bezbaruah has an extensive background in gender issues. Her book, ‘Banking on Equality: Women, Work and Employment in the Banking Sector in India’ was published by Routledge in 2015.
She is currently a Research Fellow with the International Longevity Centre Singapore. She has previously worked at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), India, the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), UK, and the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), Singapore.
Dr Bezbaruah holds a Phd from Queen Mary, University of London, a BA (Hons) degree from Oxford University, and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
