In 2010, we had one wish: that people could be themselves, in order to take action. In order to make this dream come true, we made an ambitious New Year’s resolution: to create the first major intercompany movement focused on balanced leadership. The EVE Program stemmed from this determination to help create stronger and more inspiring individuals who are able to bring about change.
Positive change among people all around the globe
Now as we embark on 2017, and the world is changing at a breathtaking pace, we are noticing how much our initial hopes are becoming more real. Open, inspiring and inspired women and men are embodying positive change among people all around the globe.
The EVE Program has already shared this vision of leadership with more than 2,300 participants during the EVE International and EVE Asia Pacific seminars, along with the almost 20,000 readers of the EVE webmagazine, and the entire community who follows us on social networks.
Equality, diversity and the division of responsibilities will be the values of the future
All you who share our vision that equality, diversity and the division of responsibilities will be the values of the future, and all you who bring your vision and innovative solutions for the economy and our society, we wish you all the very best for this new year.
May it bring balance, thrills, and stimulation.
May it bring wonderful encounters and exciting group projects.
May it inspire you with new ideas to help bring about change, and give you the opportunities you need to make them happen.
So that the movement is amplified and can allow us all to “be ourselves” consciously and with a positive impact
Throughout the year, the EVE team and the Wise Committee, which is made up of representatives from partner companies (Danone, L’Oréal, Crédit Agricole, SNCF, Orange, KPMG, Caisse des dépôts), will keep abreast of leadership and diversity trends, share best practices and support initiatives from our community, so that the movement is amplified and can allow us all to “be ourselves” consciously and with a positive impact.
Happy New Year!
Anne Thevenet-Abitbol, Editorial and Artistic Director for the EVE Program & Sylvie Bernard-Curie, President of the EVE Wise Committee.
