With a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESSEC and a degree in Economic Intelligence from EGE, Julien founded and ran the communication agency (Lifting) for six years, conducting consulting missions for different companies on topics ranging from communication to management and conflict resolution. Consultant and trainer since 2004, Julien specializes in negotiation, conflict management, talent development and cooperation. Co-author of « How do negotiators succeed? » (DeBoack, 2017), and 7 powers of Cooperation (Fil rouge, 2019) his research focuses on decision-making, responsible management and leadership.
