Daphne Dutilleux, a Belgium-born creative, discovered her passion for interior design early on. After studying Interior design, she embarked on an exciting journey.

Daphne’s retail design career began at Ikea, where she honed her skills in crafting functional and visually appealing environments. Her ambition did not go unnoticed, and she soon found herself at Godiva, where she created luxurious retail experiences.

However, it was her transition to L’Oréal that truly defined her path. Over the past decade, Daphne has been dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences for L’Oréal Luxury Division. Her journey within the company has taken her from working with YSL (UK & Ireland), to eventually leading a retail design hub in London overseeing all L’Oréal Luxury brands.

Today, Daphne is based in Singapore, where she continues to push the boundaries of customer experiences across the SAPMENA region. With her unwavering commitment to innovation and ability to blend artistry with business acumen, she continues to see results in great teamwork, collaboration, and exciting projects.
