Grace Chen has extensive experience in operations management including over two decades of leadership in operations management with specific responsibilities in large-scale procurement, planning, logistics, supply chain management, general manufacturing, original equipment manufacturing (OEM), and research and development (R&D). Prior to joining Danone, Grace worked for Unilever for 14 years, and before that she worked for PepsiCo for 14 years.
